Motion to advertise an ordinance amending the Borough's traffic control ordinance to prohibit parking on the odd side of the 100 block of Front Street. d. Motion to adopt Resolution 3-2021 adopting the Lackawanna County 2021 Hazard Mitigation Plan as the official Hazard Mitigation Plan of the Borough of Jessup. e. Motion to hire Thomas Sheehan as a part-time police officer at the rate of $21.00/hour. f. Motion to remove the temporary stop sign at the intersection of Blakely Street and Hilltop Drive. g.
