A. Motion to adopt Ordinance 8-2021, adopting a pave cut ordinance for the Borough of Jessup.
B. Motion to adopt Resolution 7-2021, establishing a fee schedule for pave cuts.
C. Motion to send a letter of support to Fell Township in their action against Pioneer Aggregates, Inc. and
Earth Revival, LLC.
D. Motion to enter into a contract with Eastern Roofing Systems, Inc. for storage at a rate of $650.00 per
month.
E. Motion to vacate and abandon any and all non-conforming uses of the Heritage Center and have the
same revert to R-2 zoning.
F. Motion to hire Donald Karpowich, Esquire as special counsel for land development matters at a rate of
$______ per hour.
G. Motion to defray actual expenses for the Jessup VFW Memorial Day and Veterans Day Events upon
submission of verified expenditures.
H. Motion to defray actual expenses for the Jessup American Legion's Veterans Day Event upon
submission of verified expenditures.
I. Motion to permit Citizens for a Healthy Jessup to present a stormwater module on behalf of Jessup
Borough
K. Motion to extend Ryan Carroll’s seasonal position with the Department of Public Works until October
31, 2021.
L. Motion to advertise an amendment to Ordinance 3 – 1977, establishing a No Parking zone on a portion
of the even side of the 900 Block of Church facing North, up to Center Street.
M. Motion to adopt Resolution 8 – 2021, authorizing the submission of a Local Share Account Monroe
County Grant Application for a pump station replacement project in the amount of $88, 043.00.
