Motion to adopt Resolution 11-2021 authorizing Lackawanna County to modify the application for 2017 CDBG funds for the Jessup Borough Building ADA Restrooms and Vestibule Door Project. E. Motion to approve and advertise the 2022 preliminary budget in the amount of $7,163,914.00. F. Motion to adopt Resolution 12-2021 approving a labor contract between Jessup Borough and Teamsters Local No. 229 for the borough's DPW employees. G.
