JESSUP BOROUGH COUNCIL December 30, 2025, at 6:30 PM SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES A special meeting of Jessup Borough Council was held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the Jessup Borough Building, 395 Lane Street, Jessup, PA 18434. The following business was transacted. Pledge of allegiance to the flag was given. Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Council President, Roberta Galati Council held an executive sessions December 22, 2025 regarding Borough Property and December 30, 2025 regarding personnel. Roll Call: Present 6 Absent 1 Gregg Betti Tom Fiorelli Curt Camoni Roberta Galati Jerry Crinella Joe Mellado - Absent Jeffrey Castellani Public Comment: None New Business: A. Motion to adopt the 2026 budget. Motion was made by Gregg Betti second by Jeff Castellani. Aye carried. (6-0) B. Motion to adopt Resolution No. 22 of 2025 fixing various Borough tax rated. Motion was made by Curt Camoni second by Jeff Castellani. Aye carried. (6-0) C. Motion to accept Geisinger All Access PPO employee benefit plan and implement a health reimbursement account for deductibles. Jessup Borough will pay all copays more than $100.00 over the previous plan. Motion was made by Gregg Betti second by Jerry Crinella. Aye carried. (6-0) D. Motion to entertain a contract with Chief of Police Derek Fozard. Motion was made by Jerry Crinella second by Gregg Betti to table. Aye carried. (6-0) E. Motion to advertise to hire part time employees for on call as needed snowplowing. Motion was made by Curt Camoni second by Tom Fiorelli. Aye carried.
