Rob moved we recommend the Selectboard appoint Jesse to the Planning Commission, Kyley seconded. Passed unanimously. Flood Mitigation & Modeling Presentation by SLR on Monday, July 7th. Debrief / Follow up. JPC members attended in person and on zoom, generally felt to be informative and helpful, though 10 yr timeframe for some projects is discouraging. Some discussion about whether there is any way to use the model for the Johnson area prior to completion of the entire thing. What is the expected completion date? Johnson Visioning Project – LCPC & JPC: Facilitator Dubois & King Public Hearing #1 RESCHEDULED for Aug. 12th, 6-7:30pm. Location TBD Public Hearing #2 - TBD Legion Field Public Hearing – September, date TBD Discussion re items on VCRD’s facilitation planning form, Chair to complete as discussed. Some related discussion re Library completion schedule, in by year end? Johnson Committees and Task Forces Review and Reassessment Project Discussed mixed reviews of proposed reorg; members agreed to review and provide comments to Adrienne as appropriate. Interim Economic Devel. Coordinator – Carl Rogers JPC Update presentation to Selectboard on 7/21 Summary of actions To Do List / Priorities – Municipal Planning Grant (Fall 2025) for FHB & FBC revisions.  (see attached for what I presented to the Selectboard on 21 July 2025.) Road Reclassification Update – Just awareness that the Selectboard has agreed to proceed on these three road segments SB: TH-47, TH-12, and Class 3 and Class 4 sections of TH-21, TH-22 and TH-23 (Mine Road). Housekeeping Approval of Minutes of 11 JUN 2025 meeting – Kyley moved acceptance (with name spelling corrections) and Linda seconded. Passed. - Mail – None. 8:00 Adjourn.
