Johnson Planning Commission Minutes Regular Meeting: Thursday, February 12, 2026 6:30 pm Municipal Building 6:30 Roll Call Present: Linda Edwards, Kylie Hill, Sam Jasperson, Mike Mignon, and Jesse Whitworth. Approved previous minutes rewording to the following: "The Planning Commission voted no confidence in the current direction of the visioning process. The board will review the progress of the Johnson Visioning process. 6:35: Form-based code research is still in progress. Update tabled. 6:30: The summary of the flood model meeting, including an overview, slides and video will be sent to "Johnson Front Porch Forum" for town access. 6:50: We will complete a form listing possible commission goals for 2026 and return it to Jesse before the next meeting. 7:00 The updated Legion Field project will include a lot of paths. The bandstand will remain in its present location and a pavilion will be added. 7:35: Adjourn Next meeting: March 12, 2026 at 6:30 PM
