Johnson Planning Commission Minutes Regular Meeting: Thursday, April 8, 2026 6:30 PM 6:30 Roll Call: Linda Edwards, Charles Gallanter, Sam Jasperson and Jesse Whitworth present.Charlie made a motion to accept the minutes as written. Jesse seconded the motion. All in favor. 6:35 Agenda Changes: Added: Development Review Board Qualified Opportunity Funds. And Act 181. 6:45: Officer Elections, etc: Jesse made a motion to accept the resignation of Mike Mignone. Charlie seconded the motion. All in favor. Charlie nominates Jesse Whitworth for the position of chair. Sam seconded the motion. All ion favor. Jesse nominated Charles Gallanter for the position of vice-chair. Sam seconded the motion. All in favor. Jesse nominated Linda Edwards for the position of clerk. Charlie seconded the motion. All in favor. 7:00: Clarifying the duties of the Form Based Code administrative officer. It was suggested that we amend the form-based code to bifurcate the role of administrative officer into two positions; an inspector and administrator. 7:40: Goals Exercise Results: Jesse will send a spreadsheet link to planning commission members to review at the next meeting. 7:45: Johnson Visioning: Jesse made a motion to find a suitable committee to transfer the remaining time that we have with Dubois and King to create a public meeting to determine a vision for developments in town. Sam seconded the motion. All in favor. 7:55: Housekeeping: Need a representative to attend Selectboard meetings. Linda will attend. 8:12 Adjourn.
