Planning Commission Emergency Meeting Agenda

Johnson Planning Commission Minutes of March 12, 2026 Called to Order @ 6:30 prox by Chair Jesse Whitworth Members Present: Charlie Gallanter, Kyley Hill, Mike Mignone Also Present; Town Administrator John Sutherla Kyley moved and Mike seconded that the Warning for an Emergency Meeting of even date be annulled. Adopted 4 to zero. Mike moved and Kyley seconded that the Minutes of February 12, 2026 be received and tabled. The Minutes need to be edited for clarity. Passed 4 to zero. Kyley moved and Mike seconded that one JPC member be designated to attend one (of the two) Selectboard meetings each month. The purpose is to ensure that JPC is present and available to participate when appropriate. Adopted 3 to 1. Mike Mignone volunteered/was designated to attend the 3/16/26 meeting. NB. The Selectboard Meeting was postponed to 3/19/26. There was a discussion of the “Goals Form”. There was confusion concerning the rating system. Is 1 “good” or “bad”? “Goals” will be revisited. Meeting adjourned @ 7:45PM. Next Meeting April 9, 2026 @ 630PM. Per JPC By-Laws, it is our Election Meeting.
