1. Call to Order
Eben called the meeting to order at 6:00.
2. Public Comment
No members of the public were present.
3. Interviews for Town Administrator
Adrienne moved to enter executive session under 1 V.S.A § 313(a)(3) for interviews for the
Town Administrator position, Paul seconded and the motion was passed at 6:01. The board
consented out of executive session at 8:43 with no action taken.
4. Adjourn
The meeting was adjourned at 8:44.
