Main Street, Owner – Heather Hawkins, Presenter – Zac Jenkins Discussion: Replacing failing front door with two new custom-built doors, See photo. It will not include the vertical or horizontal wood trim on the front of the glass. The door has reached a critical point where it is almost unusable and must be “fixed” by the tenant at least once a week to keep it operational. According to the owner, Ann Hawkins, the current doors were placed on the building in the 60’s. Dr. Bill Kennedy and I feel replacing the doors at this current state is acceptable.
