Approved 4-0 Old Business: None New Business: Signs: A&E Architects – 26 2nd St E; projecting sign. Janet moved to approve; David seconded. Approved 4-0. Building Permits: World Gym – Diamond Peak (Silverbrook); new athletic club. Discussed windows and landscaping possibility at front of building. David moved to approve; Russ seconded. Approved 4-0. 1989 Salon – 230 2nd St E; remodel. Color change. Russ moved to approve; Janet seconded. Approved 5-0 (Bill arrived) City Brew – 1805 Hwy 93 S; pulled from agenda – project did not require architectural review Kalispell North Town Center – new apartments. Discussed possibly adding color. Janet moved to approve; Bill seconded. Approved 5-0. Flathead Special Ed Co-op – 21 Meridian Ct; new building. Discussion on roof line and wainscot possibilities. Bill moved to approve; Russ seconded. Motion by Janet to amend motion by adding wainscot treatment under the windows. Motion to amend passed 5-0. Main motion as amended passed 5-0 with  understanding that they would submit updated plans for a confirmation by email. CAP – 214 Main St; façade remodel. Color a bit different, window height was an issue. David moved to table; Russ seconded. Motion to table passed 5-0.
