Hear the Public: None
Approval of Minutes: Sarah moved to approve the April 14 minutes; Janet seconded
(Approved 7-0)
New Business:
Signs: CHS – 700 Rail Park Dr.; freestanding signs – Mark Lalum
representing. Susanne moved to approve; Janet seconded.
Approved (7-0)
Apartments at 2 Mile – 70 Glenwood; new freestanding sign –
Shane Jackola representative via zoom. Sarah moved to approve;
Janet seconded. Approved (7-0)
Building Permits: None
Old Business: CTA – 745 S Main; revision to previously approved plan for
remodeled office building – Sarah Turner recused herself because
she is a representative for the application. Susanne moved to
approve; John seconded. Approved (6-0)
Other Discussion: PJ introduced new members Lamire and Pirrie and discussed term
lengths.
