Town Pump – 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; MDT has worked out the approaches with Town Pump they just have some details to finalize. Parks is still waiting for some changes on the landscape plan and is not ready to sign off. This will be on the agenda next week. KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Public Works will be sending comments out soon. This will be on the agenda next week. Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. Copper Mountain – 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda for next week. Great Indoors – Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Public Works is working with development on water and sewer connections. This will be on the agenda for next week. CTA – 745 S Main St; office remodel; revision to previously approved plans. Public works still needs to review. This will be on the agenda for next week. Office Expansion – 220A Kelly Road; 10’x20’ addition to existing office. New submittal, all departments still need to review.
