Approval of Minutes: John moved to approve the September 22 minutes; Susanne
seconded (approved 5-0).
New Business:
Signs: Cushing Terrell – 745 S Main St; new monument sign – Sarah
Turner present via zoom as representative – Mark moved to
approve; Susanne seconded (approved 5-0).
Building Permits: The Crossings at Spring Creek; Two Mile Dr; expanding
footprint/amending façade of clubhouse building – Tom Wilkes
and Paul Denman as representatives – Mark moved to approve;
Susanne seconded (approved 5-0)
Old Business: None
Other Discussion: Architectural Design Standards for Historic Kalispell – Rachel
updated the board on progress.
