Also had concerns with traffic and additional noise the project may bring. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None OLD BUSINESS: Woodland Apartments- 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Great Indoors- Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. St. Matthew’s Phase 2- 601 S. Main; parking lot along 6th St & 1st Ave W. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Stillwater Square- Address TBD (Silverbrook); apartment complex. Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Meridian Station Apartments - 41 Meridian Court; new apartment complex. Per Public Works there are some stormwater issues that need to be dealt with before a building permit can be issued. This will be on the agenda next week. Peterson Elementary- 1119 2nd St W; parking lot repaving – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. The Cottages at Immanuel Lutheran – 165 Crestline Ave; 4 assisted living dwelling units. This has passed thru site review pending Public Works approval and providing backflow for ILC home. Owl View Landing Phase 2 – Sawyer Lane; second phase of apartment complex – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Copper Mountain Headquarters – 31 Three Mile Dr; new office, catering, and retail – Building finally received the Geotech report and will now start the review. This will be on the agenda next week. Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; office remodel – Public Works has this under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Wendy’s – 520 E Idaho St; interior/exterior remodel, parking lot reconfiguration – Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Sunshine House – 15 Glacier View; residential community center - Departments have this under review. This will be on the agenda next week.
