MINUTES ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE DATE: Tuesday, March 23, 2021 @ 7:30 AM Kalispell City Hall, 201 1st Ave E MEMBERS PRESENT: Julia Pierrottet; Janet Clark; John Hinchey; Mark Pirrie; Sarah Turner(zoom) OTHERS PRESENT: City Staff – Rachel Ezell # of Guests: 1 present / 2 via zoom Hear the Public: None Approval of Minutes: Mark moved to approve the March 9, 2021 minutes; Janet seconded (approved 5-0). New Business: Trinity Lutheran Church- 400 W California St; Pastor Kevin Bueltmann present as the applicant. Janet moved to approve; John seconded (5-0) Subway- 235 W Idaho St. The board discussed the raised bed adjacent to the pole sign. John moved to approve with the condition that the bed be planted and maintained, Janet seconded (5-0). Core Water Consulting- 490 E Montana St; Mikel Siemens present as the applicant. It was recommended that the ADA ramp be black. Mark moved to approve; John seconded (5-0). Old Business: None Other Discussion: PRELIMINARY REVIEW Chipotle- 2261 Hwy 93 N; Karen Blumenstein present as the developer. The board recommended adding architectural detail to the white EIFS and noted that a site plan and landscape plan would be required for approval. Meeting Adjourned @ 8:05 AM
