Departments to review the project. This will be on the agenda next week. Stillwater Crossing – 430 Stillwater; new apartment complex – Public Works is ready to sign off. Parks Department to confirm landscape plan is complete. This will be on the agenda next week. Core Water Consulting – 490 E Montana St; new apartment complex – ADA parking and ramp, deck modification – Resubmitted an updated site plan with parking adjustments. This has been signed through Site Review with the understanding that parking behind the building requires appropriate cross easements and parking along the street may require modification in the future. Flathead County Courthouse – 290 N Main St; remodel and parking lot reconfiguration. Public Works confirmed that parking will not be allowed to encroach into the alley ROW. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead Foot & Ankle – 58 Village Loop; new office. Departments still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Owl View Ph 2 Building 2- 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building. Civil drawings submitted only. This will be on the agenda next week.
