New Business: Signs: Logan Health- Logan Health campus; Phase 2 campus directional signs and building monument signs – Rachel presented all signs under one agenda item and advised the committee they could separate any signs they may want to make changes to. Russ Skelton with Logan Health present as representative. Susanne moved to approve; Mark seconded (approved 6-0) Elle Kole- 347 W. Idaho; freestanding sign remodel and sign face replacement – Daniel Therrien present as representative. Mark moved to approve; John seconded (approved 6-0) Buildings: Northwestern Energy- 890 N Meridian; shop addition and storage building remodel – Tyler Tonjum present as representative.
