This will be on the agenda next week. Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition – Public Works is still waiting on SID. This will be on the agenda next week. Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building – Public Works is still waiting on SID. Building is getting close to finishing review. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Kalispell Youth Softball – wants to put up a 60x80 indoor youth softball complex for year-round softball and looking for some preliminary comments – several locations within the sports complex have been looked at, however none of them have been approved by the KYS board or the city. The Harper – 1280 Hwy 2 W – 40-unit apartment building, Jiffy Lube – new site plan submitted, and engineer had questions about location of and interior fire hydrant and what easements she might need since it will have to installed on the property rather than the right of way. Quail Meadows – possible new subdivision – committee discussed proposed layouts and road designs.
