This will be on the agenda next week. Penco - 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition – Public Works is still waiting on waiver of SID. This will be on the agenda next week. Northwestern Energy – 890 N Meridian; shop addition to existing building – Public Works is still waiting on waiver of SID. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: OTHER DEPARTMENT ITEMS: First Interstate Bank- 2 Main St; New drive through lanes and ATM – committee discussed new site plan received in the planning office. The drive through aisles will need to be changed to accommodate stacking but the right-out approach seems fine as designed so long as sidewalk is extended.
