Nothing new. Public Works would like to see a final submittal before passing this through. This will be on the agenda for next week. Kalispell Family Dental – 720 2nd St E; There are some issues with fitting a sidewalk onto the property. Zoning has advised them that if they do away with the addition it will not be required to go through site review and a sidewalk would not be required. Owner is trying to avoid hiring an engineer due to cost and will decide on addition. This will be on the agenda for next week. FVCC College Center – 777 Grandview; new college center; Public Works has received comments back, Parks has sent out comments. Building is hoping to finish up plan review this week. This will be on the agenda next week. Town Pump – 2910 Hwy 93 S; new store/casino/lounge; New drawings received this week; zoning has not reviewed them yet. Public Works has a few easements that need to be completed. Building has sent comments out which included wastewater comments from Del. This will be on the agenda next week. KNTC Apts – Jefferson St; revised layout; Nothing new. This will be on the agenda next week. Woodland Apartments – 23 Woodland Park; new multi-family. Public Works and Parks are waiting on resubmittals. Building is under review, there are some issues with how close the north side of the building is to the property line and egress. This will be on the agenda next week. Big Sky IV – 560 Cascade Loop; new office building. Public Works is waiting on SID. Zoning comments have been sent out. Passed thru site review with conditions. Copper Mountain – 31 Three Mile Dr; new coffee drive thru. Architect making some dimensional changes, may take out a couple of parking spaces to make room for the trash enclosure. Zoning is waiting on details of what they define as distribution. Building is working with architect in regards to ADA. This will be on the agenda next week. Global Archive Storage – 135 Schoolhouse Loop; new storage facility. All departments still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS: Great Indoors – Silverbrook; indoor play facility. Civils have not been submitted. The is a very early submittal. This will be on the agenda next week. Casa Mexico – 1600 Hwy 93 S; cover over existing outdoor patio. Planning has approved and Public Works has nothing to review. This has passed thru site review. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Updates on May Planning Board agenda OTHER REPORTS: Rachel updated committee on the Administrative Conditional Use permit submitted for ILC. There are 3 issues at the moment; parking, trees and the neighbors are requesting the alley be a one-way alley. Public notices went out this week.
