This resubmittal indicates they are going back to doing both phases. Parks is waiting on an irrigation and planting legend. This will be on the agenda for next week. Eagle Valley Ranch PUD Amendment- allow building permits to be issued prior to final plat approval of Eagle Valley Ranch Phase 1- Departments present determined this was a minor amendment.
