OLD BUSINESS: Arcade & Tap House – 2400 Hwy 93 S. - remodel to arcade/tap house – Planning has sent comments out, Del Phipps has sent out comments on the pre-treatment. This will be on the agenda next week. Stillwater Crossing – 430 Stillwater; new apartment complex – Updated plans received with temporary cul-de-sac and appropriate pedestrian crossing. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead Foot & Ankle – 58 Village Loop; new office. Departments still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Owl View Ph 2 Building 2- 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building. Departments still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; Departments are still under review. Addition to existing gym. Departments are under review. This will be on the agenda next week. This will be on the agenda next week. PLANNING OFFICE ITEM: None OTHER: Toby McIntosh w/ Jakola came in to show committee a few changes that Big Sky IV wants to change to the landscaping.
