This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead Foot & Ankle – 58 Village Loop; new office. Departments still under review. Building found that in the current site plan the building site close enough to the lot line that they will have to do fire rated walls which are not currently on the existing drawings. Civil drawings have not been submitted. This will be on the agenda next week. Owl View Ph 2 Building 2- 210 Sawyer Ln; new apartment building. Departments still under review. Public Works has comments out. This will be on the agenda next week. World Gym Addition – 555 E Swift Creek Way; Addition to existing gym. Departments are under review. Planning has worked out some parking issues related to requirements for the addition. This will be on the agenda next week. H2O Orthodontics – 1252 N Meridian Rd; new medical office building. Departments still under review. Building plans have not been turned in, only energy code sheets. This will be on the agenda next week. Chipotle – 2261 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Departments still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. NEW BUSINESS:  Penco- 2310 Hwy 93 S; building addition. Site plan has been submitted. Departments are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Taco Bell- 2260 Hwy 93 N; new restaurant building. Departments are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Flathead County North- 290 N Main St; remodel and parking lot reconfiguration. Departments are still under review. This will be on the agenda next week. Hammerquist Casalegno- 151 Snowline Ln; laydown yard. They are not looking to put a structure up yet, they are just looking to put in the yard according to the PUD conditions, which would be strictly a storage yard.
