Public Comments: None were presented. Minutes of the meeting of January 13, 2020 were approved as presented. (T. Jansen/Hand) Claims were reviewed and approved as presented. (Nartker/Button) The 2020 contract between Wayne Township of Noble County and the Kendallville Park and Recreation Department was authorized. (T. Jansen/Hand) Directors Report: Highlights 1. Reviewed the Appropriation Report from the Clerk Treasurer for the month of January 2020. 2. The Annual Report was discussed. 3. The Board learned that security systems are being reviewed by staff. Maintenance Report: Highlights 1. Finished construction of 7 new picnic tables. 2. Refurbished the park bench located at the west beach. 3. Took banners down on Main Street with help from Street Department. 4. Helped Street Department plow snow and haul snow off Main Street. 5. Trimmed several trees throughout park. Kendallville Outdoor Recreation Complex Update: No report was given. Recreation Update: 1. The ping pong tournament was cancelled due to lack of interest. 2. Two young men from Poland were hired to be summer camp counselors. Acceptance of Donations: (Hand/T.
