Application for a Social Affair Permit from Keyport Yacht Club for the Keyport Yacht Club Annual Bill Volk Regatta Charity Fundraiser to benefit the RAINE Foundation to be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020, 11AM-11:59PM and Sunday, June 14, 2020, 11AM-11PM 4. Request from the Knights of Columbus for permission to “Shake the Cans” at the traffic light by the Keyport Matawan Elks on Broadway on May 1 st, 2nd and 3rd, 10AM-4PM. 5. Application for a Raffle License from Keyport Engine Company #1 for an Off-Premise 50/50 raffle to be held on Saturday, August 1, 2020 at 11PM, along with a request to waive the local fees 6. Application for a Raffle License from the RAINE Organization for an Off-Premise 50/50 raffle to be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020 at 8PM 7. Application for a Raffle License from the RAINE Organization for a Tricky Tray to be held on Saturday, June 13, 2020, 1PM-11PM 8. Petition and Letter to Council requesting permission to close Chingarora Avenue from 4th Street to 3rd Street on Saturday, March 21, 2020, 11AM-5PM for the purpose of a block party. Also requesting “No Parking” signs to be placed by the Police along with barricades and a trash can as provided by DPW in the past. 9. Email from Jack Straub, KBBC, requesting street closures and use of Fireman’s Park and Waterfront Park for the following events: FARMER’S MARKET - Fireman’s Park Every Thursday, May 28 - October 29, except for July 30 Use of first 2 rows of lined parking spaces closest to West Front St, from American Legion Drive to first (east) parking lot entrance. Cones will need to be provided and placed along parking spaces prior to 7am, removed after 7pm. DOG'S NIGHT OUT - West Front St closure, Broad St to Beers St Thursday, June 18, 4:00 - 9:00 pm Request notices to be posted on West Front St at least 2 days prior for no parking after 3:00 pm day of event. KEYPORT CAR SHOW - West Front St closure, Broad St to Beers St, and use of all of Waterfront Park parking lot. Thursday, July 16, 3:00 - 9:00 pm; rain date Friday, July 17, 3:00 - 9:00 pm Request notices to be posted on West Front St and Waterfront Park parking lot at least 2 days prior for no parking after 2:00 pm day of event.
