Motion authorizing the Clerk to publish the Ordinance as introduced in the Asbury Park Press for a public hearing MM: 2nd: Ayes: Nays: COMMUNICATIONS BY CONSENT (For Approval) 1. Letter from Keyport Historical Society requesting financial support to offset annual operating costs (tabled April 19, 2022 meeting) 2. Application for Membership in Lincoln Hose Co. from Joshua S. Smolskis (subject to State approval) and notification that at the April 12, 2022 meeting the membership accepted the resignation of Anthony Youncofski as an active member. 3. Application for Use of Borough Property from The Arts Society of Keyport for Art Around the Bay event to be held at the Waterfront Gazebo and Promenade on Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 11AM- 5PM 4. Application for Use of Borough Property from Keyport Public Schools to use the Waterfront for an 8th Grade Class Trip on Wednesday, June 15, 2022 (rain date: Thursday, June 16th) from 9:30AM- 2:45PM. 5. KBBC Program & Activity Request for a Car Show with Blues Band to be held at the Mini Park and Stage on Thursday, June 30th from 5PM-8PM. Also requesting street closure and use of Fireman’s Park lot. 6. KBBC Program & Activity Request for a Witch ‘N Craft event set up in the Broad Street Municipal Lot on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 12PM-6PM. 7. KBBC Program & Activity Request for the Annual Tree Lighting event to be held at the Mini Park and Stage area on Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 9AM-9PM. Also requesting street closure. (To Receive and File) 8. Email from KBBC Vice President requesting to have the Irish flags replaced with American flags. 9. Email from Board Member George McMorrow advising of his resignation from the KBBC effective March 8, 2022. 2 10. Letter from New Jersey Department of Transportation announcing applications will now be accepted for NJDOT Fiscal Year 2023 State Aid programs.
