PRESENTATIONS Each applicant will have fifteen (15) minutes to present to the Governing Body and the public. The Governing Body will be permitted to ask questions immediately after each presentation. The public will be permitted to ask questions during the designated public comment portion, after all presentations have been made. PUBLIC COMMENT PORTION The Meeting is opened to the public for comments or questions. Please limit comments to no more than five (5) minutes per person.
