(Case #Z13-52) to rezone Lot 1B, Block 3, Fox Creek Commercial Phase Two Replat, from B-3 (Local Business District) to R-1 (Single-Family Residential District) for single-family residential development. The property is located along the north right-of-way of Illinois Avenue, west of Grey Fox Trail, Killeen, Texas.
