PH-20-043 HOLD a public hearing and consider an ordinance requested by Suk Baldwin on behalf of True Fountain, L.L.C. (Case #FLUM20-05) to amend the Comprehensive Plan’s Future Land Use Map (FLUM) from a ‘Suburban Commercial’ designation to a ‘General Residential’ designation for Lot 18, Block 1, Southwest Crossing.
