COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS The City Council of the City of Knoxville, Iowa convened in a Work Session on Monday, October 11, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Mayor Brian Hatch presided and the following Council members were present: Megan Suhr, John Gotta, Dylan Morse and Jyl DeJong. The following staff members were present: City Manager Heather Ussery, City Clerk Tricia Kincaid, Fire Chief Cal Wyman and Brian Bishop. There was discussion regarding a Commercial Property Minimum Maintenance code, a vacant building permit and inspection code and fire code update and amendments.
