Village of Kohler Finance Committee July 21, 2025 Chairperson John Ewert called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: John Ewert, Tracy Lyons and Laurie Lindow were present. Staff members present: Shawn Splivalo and Cindi Gamb. Public Comment - none Approval Meeting Minutes from June 9, 2025 – Motion by Laurie Lindow, second by Tracy Lyons to approve the meeting minutes from June 9, 2025. Motion carried. Business 1. Review and Approve June Claims Lists – Motion by Laurie Lindow, second by Tracy Lyons to approve the June claims lists. Motion carried. 2. Review and Recommend: a) June Revenue & Expense Reports, Bank Reconciliation and Journal Entries – Motion by John Ewert, second by Laurie Lindow to recommend the Village Board approve the June Revenue & Expense Reports, bank reconciliation and journal entries. Motion carried. b) Temporary Class “B” License for KPAL for September 13, 2025 – Motion by John Ewert, second by Tracy Lyons to recommend the Village Board approve a Temporary Class “B” license for KPAL for September 13, 2025. Motion carried. 3. Police Department Update – Shawn updated the committee. • The department is in the middle of a criminal justice audit. • Working on switching squad cars to AT&T for Internet. • Officer Porter has completed training.
