KOHLER PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, February 7, 2024 Present: Erin Coppersmith, Librarian Megan Drevline, President Eileen Hilke, Vice President Lisa Greene, Superintendent Kya Diehl John Multer, Secretary Absent: Michael Wandschneider Nicole Witwer The meeting was called to order at 3:31 pm by Megan Public Comment: There was no public comment Minutes: The minutes of the January 7, 2024 meeting were approved Invoices: Invoices for January were approved Library/School: There were no issues to report. Annual Report Erin submitted a draft of the annual report. After discussion the annual report was approved by the board. Community Room Furniture Erin provided information on available options. A decision was made to go with Edmund Business Interiors. This plan was approved by the board. This is a capital expenditure. New Business: Lisa reported on tours for students seeking open enrollment. The library received favorable comments. Erin continues to work with Club 55. Erin is booking performers for summer library programs. The zoo pass is being checked out and new passes are available for Bookworm Gardens and Above & Beyond Museum.
