KOHLER PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD MEETING
WEDNESDAY, October 2, 2024
Present: Erin Coppersmith, Librarian
Megan Drevline, President
Kya Diehl
John Multer, Secretary
Eileen Hilke, Vice President
Absent: Lisa Greene, Superintendent
Nicole Witwer

The meeting was called to order at 3:30 pm by Megan
Public Comment:
There was no public comment
Minutes:
The minutes of the September 2024 meeting were approved noting that Kya was present.
Invoices:
Invoices for September were approved.
Library/School:
Drew is looking at cost of cleaning windows. The school would like the village to pay one half of
cost. It was agreed that this should not come out of library budget.
Chrome book maintenance has been removed from library responsibility.
Discussion of 2025 Budget
The board adjourned into closed session to discuss 2025 salaries.
The board reconvened in open session.
Budget approval was tabled until a special meeting pending additional information.
New Business:
No new business was discussed.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:50. The next meeting will be November 6 at 3:30 pm. A
special meeting will be scheduled for budget approval.
