KOHLER PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, October 1, 2025 Present: Erin Coppersmith, Librarian Megan Drevline, President John Multer, Secretary Nicole Witwer Eileen Hilke, Vice President (via phone) Kya Diehl Laurie Lindow Michael Juech, Superintendent of Schools Absent: None The meeting was called to order at 3:30 pm by Megan Public Comment: None Minutes: The minutes of the September meeting were approved. Invoices: Invoices for September were approved. (rent increased per agreement) Library/School: Erin brought up problem with air conditioning and bathroom drain. Agreed Erin should use Mojo system to report problems. Erin brought up snow removal on Sundays during winter. Mike will follow up on this. Budget for 2026 The board adjourned to closed session to discuss salaries. The board reconvened in open session. An amount of $8245 was added as a new line item for centennial celebration. Amount for rent was increased per agreement between village and school. The budget for 2026 was approved with Megan to verify wages. New Business The agreement with the Monarch Library System was approved. Erin will be attending the WLA meeting and a meeting on digital services. Erin will be renewing her certification.
