Planning Commission

Village of Kohler Planning Commission Meeting October 10, 2024 Chairperson Thomas Schnettler called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Tom Schnettler, Lee Gumm, Thomas Kramer, Mike Zimmermann and Paul Bonack were present. Jay Hoekstra and Mike Wandschneider were absent. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Cindi Gamb. Approval of Meeting Minutes from September 12, 2024 – Motion by Thomas Kramer, second by Lee Gumm to approve the meeting minutes from September 12, 2024. Motion carried. Business 1. Request from Heath & Haley Holtz for a building permit for a new home on Lot 68 in The Clearings Subdivision – the proposed home meets residential building code and setbacks. The permit does not include the swimming pool shown on the plans. Motion by Lee Gum, second by Mike Zimmermann to approve the request from Heath & Haley Holtz for a building permit for a new home on Lot 68 in The Clearings Subdivision. Motion carried.
