Village of Kohler Property Committee Meeting September 9, 2024 In the absence of Chairperson Mike Zimmermann, Brett Edgerle called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Brett Edgerle and Tracy Lyons were present. Mike Zimmermann was excused. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow, John Willadsen and Cindi Gamb. Public Comment – none. Approval of Meeting Minutes from July 8, 2024 - Motion by Tracy Lyons, second by Brett Edgerle to approve the meeting minutes from July 8, 2024. Motion carried. Business 1. Update on Fenwood Lift Station – of the three pumps in the basement at the Fenwood lift station, two have been replaced. Now the third pump failed and needs to be replaced. The new pump has been ordered. 3. Discuss Stormwater Ponds – the Clearings has two retention ponds and there is one pond behind the Kohler Co DC building. Vegetation in the ponds needs to be removed. The cost is about $3,000-4,000 for maintenance of each pond. DPW will be doing some of the work this winter.
