Village of Kohler Property Committee Meeting December 9, 2024 Chairperson Mike Zimmermann called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Mike Zimmermann and Tracy Lyons were present. Brett Edgerle was present via telephone. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Cindi Gamb. Public Comment – none. Approval of Meeting Minutes from November 11, 2024 - Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Tracy Lyons to approve the meeting minutes from November 11, 2024. Motion carried. Business 1. Review and Recommend Ordering Village Truck for Delivery in 2025 – this request is to order a 2025 Ford Super Duty F-600 and have delivery in 2025. Cost includes: $59,168 Ewald Automotive Group and $70,911 Monroe Truck Equipment, Inc., total $130,079; $150,000 included in budget. Motion by Tracy Lyons, second by Brett Edgerle to recommend the Village Board approve ordering truck from Ewald Automotive Group and equipment from Monroe Truck Equipment, total cost $130,079, to be delivered in 2025.
