Village of Kohler Property Committee Meeting November 11, 2024 Chairperson Mike Zimmermann called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Mike Zimmermann and Tracy Lyons were present. Brett Edgerle was absent. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Cindi Gamb. Public Comment – none. Approval of Meeting Minutes from October 14, 2024 – Motion by Tracy Lyons, second by Mike Zimmermann to approve the meeting minutes from October 14, 2024. Motion carried. Business 1. Review and Recommend 2025 Water Utility Budget – Motion by Tracy Lyons, second by Mike Zimmermann to recommend the Village Board approve the 2025 Water Utility Budget. Motion carried. 2. Review and Recommend 2025 Sewer Utility Budget – Motion by Tracy Lyons, second by Mike Zimmermann to recommend the Village Board approve the 2025 Sewer Utility Budget. Motion carried. 3. Review and Recommend Encroachment Agreement – agreement gives Kohler Co. control of trees on Highland Drive. Motion by Tracy Lyons, second by Mike Zimmermann to recommend the Village Board approve the encroachment agreement. Motion carried.
