Village of Kohler Property Committee Meeting January 15, 2025 Chairperson Mike Zimmermann called the meeting to order at 4:30 p.m. Roll call was taken: Mike Zimmermann and Brett Edgerle were present. Tracy Lyons was absent. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Cindi Gamb. Public Comment – none. Approval of Meeting Minutes from December 9 and 16, 2024 – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Mike Zimmermann to approve the meeting minutes from December 9 and 16, 2024. Motion carried. Business 1. Review and Recommend Repairs at Fenwood – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Mike Zimmermann to recommend the Village Board approve the quote for repairs at Fenwood from Sabel Mechanical LLC for $39,604. Motion carried. 2. Review and Recommend Purchase of Floor Scrubber Machine – new scrubber for Memorial Building. Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Mike Zimmermann to recommend the Village Board approve purchasing a floor scrubber from San-A-Care, Inc. for $7,969.23. Motion carried. 3. Review and Recommend Replacement of Mission Control Units – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Mike Zimmermann to recommend the Village Board approve the estimate from Synergy Sales & Service Inc. for upgrades to Mission Control Units for $18,655. Motion carried. 4. Review and Recommend Replacement of Confined Space Safety Winch – the current equipment didn't pass inspection. Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Mike Zimmermann to recommend the Village Board approve purchasing safety winch from Verona Safety for $3,265. Motion carried. 5. Review and Recommend Purchase of Tracked Buggy – for path system maintenance. Recommend purchasing a used unit at Brugginks. Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Mike Zimmermann to recommend the Village Board approve purchasing a track power buggy from Brugginks for $18,600. Motion carried.
