Village of Kohler Special Property Committee Meeting February 17, 2025 Chairperson Mike Zimmermann called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. Roll call was taken: Mike Zimmermann and Brett Edgerle were present. Tracy Lyons arrived after roll call. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow, Gary Lindow and Cindi Gamb. Business 1. Review and Recommend Purchase of Thermal Imaging Camera and Truck Charger – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Mike Zimmermann to table for the regular March meeting. Motion carried. 2. Review and Recommend Purchase of Headsets and Installation in Fire Truck – Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Mike Zimmermann to table for the regular March meeting. Motion carried. 3. Request from Kohler School for a Bonfire in Ravine Park – Kelly Cole from the Kohler School District is requesting permission to have bonfires in Ravine Park for school classes. The fire will be in a contained fire pit. Kelly will notify Mike Kitzerow at least 24-hours prior. Classes would be less than 1-hour. Location of the fire pit will be in Ravine Park by Hill Street and West Park Lane. Motion by Brett Edgerle, second by Mike Zimmermann to approve the request from Kelly Cole to have bonfires in Ravine Park for school classes with proper notification to the Village. Motion carried.
