Village of Kohler Special Village Board Meeting November 12, 2025 The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. Tom Schnettler, Mike Wandschneider, Tracy Lyons and Laurie Lindow were present. John Ewert, Brett Edgerle and Kelly Kasten were absent. Staff members present: Mike Kitzerow and Cindi Gamb Business 1. Joint Meeting With Kohler School District Board of Education to Discuss the Village and School Relations – the Board of Education provided a sample publication for their website regarding how to ready your property tax bill and a list of questions to discuss: • Would you like to see greater collaboration and partnership between the village and the school district? If so, are there ideas or specific items you’d like to see? • What do you see as the areas that the school district should be focused on? • While school districts and municipalities face a variety of fiscal challenges, how do you think the school district can best share financial information with the community? • What is a goal you would identify for the school district? • What do you see as the biggest challenges for students when they leave the Kohler School District? • How do you receive news about the school district and how would you like to see future communications? • Are you interested in touring the school and/or learning more about specific programs within the district? There was general discussion about the school district. No formal action was taken.
