It is the policy of this Village that Public Comment will take no longer than 15 minutes with a three-minute time period, per person, with time extension per the Chief Presiding Officer’s discretion. Discussion & Possible Action: Project Updates presented by RPS Robert Roth - RPS - Project updates. Lift station 8 Project, Roads projects - Roads within the TID are covered by the TID, Within the 1/2-mile radius. Also, Residential area roads included in the area to address water run off issues. Portions of Kronenwetter Drive will be addressed. D. Discussion & Possible Action: TID #2 Project Plan Amendment - Phase 1 - Feasibility presented by Ehlers Brian from Ehlers; Walking through the TID 2 Project amendments. Plans must be in place November 3 expenditure date. E. Discussion & Possible Action: 2024 Street and Sewerage System Projects - Financing Plan - Presented by Ehlers Brian walked through the Financing of projects. 6. OLD BUSINESS F.
