REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES September 11, 2024 at 6:00 PM Kronenwetter Municipal Center - 1582 Kronenwetter Drive Board Room (Lower Level) 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER @ 6PM A. PUBLIC COMMENT Please be advised per State Statute Section 19.84(2), information will be received from the public. It is the policy of this Village that Public Comment will take no longer than 15 minutes with a three-minute time period, per person, with time extension per the Chief Presiding Officer’s discretion. Be further advised that there may be limited discussion on the information received, however, no action will be taken under public comments. Terry Radtke - Would like to rescind the message to leave the RDA committee, he would like to continue on the RDA Committee. Bernie Kramer- 3. ANNOUNCEMENT OF PUBLIC HEARING C. Public Hearing regarding proposed amendment of the Project Plan of Tax Incremental District No. 2. Bernie Kramer - Really likes the plans, but feels the numbers are not working. 4. CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING 5. NEW BUSINESS D. Discussion & Possible Action: Proposed amendment of the Project Plan of TID No. 2 Presentation by Brian from Ehlers: The Village anticipates adding total expenditures of approximately $8,000,000. Which includes Sanitary Sewer System Improvements, Water System Improvements, Stormwater Management System Improvements, Street Improvements, Streetscaping and Landscaping. There are also Projects Outside the Tax Increment District: Professional Service and  Organizational Costs, Administrative Costs and Financing Costs. Robert Roth from RPS Broke down the plan. No action E. Discussion & Possible Action: Resolution Approving an Amendment to the Project Plan for Tax Incremental District No. 2. Motion to accept the resolution with the changes of removing project 27 from the project list and moved to send to the board. Motion made by Radtke, Seconded by Voll. Voting Yea: Voll, Kilsdonk, Radtke, Fifrick, Loveland by roll 6.
