No water or sewer increases in 2026. I. Well #1 Rehab RFP Draft Greg presented the RFP for the well rehab. J. New Well and Tower Discussion Greg gave overview. Greg presented Comparisons from other communities that have built new wells and water towers. Estimated cost of $9,490,000.00. 7. NEXT MEETING: November 4, 2025 8.
