Consideration and possible action to negotiate a lease agreement for the LFIDC property located at 102 N. Main St. (formerly Cesario’s Barbershop). 7. Consideration and possible action to approve the sale of LFIDC Property Lot 1, Block 3 at Canal St. and Lions Villa Street. 8. Adjourn.
