Consideration and possible action regarding the purchase offers for and sale of LFIDC real property located at 311 1st Street (Cell tower lease). 7. Closed Session: a. Discussion and deliberation pursuant to Section 551.087(1) of the Texas Government Code, regarding commercial or financial information that the City of La Feria has received from a 4820-7658-3618, v. 1  business prospect that the governmental body seeks to have locate, stay, or expand in or near the City, with which the City is conducting economic development negotiations; and to deliberate financial or other incentives to the same, regarding Noble Texas Builders. Reconvene in Open Session. 8. Consideration and possible action regarding the offer of economic development incentives to Noble Texas Builders. 9. Adjourn.
