Presentation regarding cost to construct a parking lot at the LFIDC property located at 111 Main Street. 7. Consideration and possible action regarding options for the disposition of the LFIDC property located at 111 Main Street, including (1) proceeding with the construction of a parking lot on the property, or (2) listing the property for sale with a broker. 8.
