AGENDA If during the course of the meeting, any discussion of any item on the agenda is permitted to be held in executive closed session, whether such item is already so identified on this Agenda or not, the La Feria Industrial Development Corporation Board will convene in such Executive (Closed) Session in accordance with Title 5, Chapter 551, of Texas Government Code and any Amendments thereto. 1. Executive Session pursuant to Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 552.071(2) to receive legal advice; and Tex. Gov’t Code Sec. 551.072 regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if  deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the LFIDC in negotiations with a third person: a. Regarding the possible conveyance of LFIDC Property to Lucania Construction; b. Regarding lease agreement for 104 Main St. with Noble Texas Builders, Inc. 6.
