Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2020-18 authorizing Local Border Security Program grant application and accepting funding. 9. Consideration and possible action on Resolution 2020-19 appointing members to the Zoning Board of Adjustment. 10. Consideration and possible action on Ordinance 2020-13 authorizing the La Feria Industrial Development Corporation to undertake projects of a Type B economic development corporation pursuant to section 504.171 of the Texas Local Government code. 11. Consideration and possible action to advertise for requests for qualifications regarding the operation, maintenance and management of the City water and wastewater infrastructure facilities. 12.
